How We Can Help

Contact us for help with a wide range of legal services:

  • create or update your estate plan
  • discuss long-term care planning
  • apply for long-term Medicaid (MassHealth) to pay for nursing home costs
  • get assistance with estate or trust administration, including probate, or
  • discuss other legal services you may need
Attorney Maria Baler was introduced to me by one of the residents from Springhouse Senior Living who was very grateful for the professional assistance she received.  I’ve been talking about doing estate planning for quite some time often giving the same advice to others but not doing anything about it for myself.  Attorney Baler made the process understandable and non-threatening.  We were able to meet via Zoom to discuss options and that saved me precious time.  I highly recommend taking this step and contacting her to help you with those important life documents including a Health Care Proxy, a Power of Attorney, a Trust, a Will, a Living Will, etc.  It’s a very valuable tool to leave your children when the time comes and takes so much emotion out of important decisions re: final wishes.  I feel so relieved that this is behind me.
