Natalene B. Ong

Natalene B. Ong is an Associate who joined Samuel, Sayward & Baler LLC in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Ong practiced in Wellesley, Massachusetts at Seegel, Lipshutz & Lo. Attorney Ong focuses her practice in estate planning as well as estate and trust administration. It’s her prior experience in finance that gives Attorney Ong an edge over many other estate planning attorneys. Attorney Ong first worked as an accountant then a financial planner. Although tax laws have changed since Attorney Ong’s early days in finance, her real-world experience gives her a unique perspective and insight. Attorney Ong received her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her law degree from Boston College Law School, and her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University where she majored in political science and psychology.

Attorney Ong cares about her clients and her community. Her professional and personal philosophy includes giving back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the communities where she lives, works and serves clients. Attorney Ong serves on the Board of Directors of DOVE (DOmestic Violence Ended), the only domestic violence organization in Norfolk County. Her previous charitable work involved preparing pro bono asylum applications and visiting and raising funds to help homeless families attain independence through Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore. She enjoys biking, dancing, and swimming and running around the Emerald Necklace. Among her favorite things are traveling the world and playing the piano and singing.
