IMPORTANT IN HOUSE MEETING PROTOCOLS
In these crazy, scary times, Estate Planning is just as, if not more, important than ever and we’re here to help. While we have changed the way we meet with clients, we have not changed our client centered approach to estate planning, our focus on planning for each client’s unique situation, or our goal to exceed every client’s expectations. To keep our clients and our Samuel, Sayward & Baler LLC team safe, and to comply with the stay-at-home order, we are meeting remotely – that means we talk with our clients by phone or by video conference.
We have a simple and secure process to meet with clients remotely and we have made Estate Planning by phone or videoconference easy and painless. If you are not a regular user of technology, our team will walk you through all you need to know to make the video conference process convenient and accessible. We take your privacy very seriously and have put in place all the necessary protocols to ensure your information is completely secure. If video conferencing is not for you, we can meet by phone.
Estate Planning remotely is an efficient process in which you and your attorney discuss your goals and concerns just as you would at an in-person meeting. You will make decisions about the terms of your Will and Trust, choose the people who would manage your affairs and make health care decisions for you if you were not able to do so, review probate avoidance and tax planning, and discuss your Long Term Care concerns. Remote Estate Planning during the Coronavirus lockdown is simple, safe and secure and can be done from the comfort of your home and, yes, you can wear your pajamas!
