Brittany Hinojosa Citron

Attorney Brittany Hinojosa Citron is a seasoned attorney who obtained her law degree from Western New England University School of Law. Upon graduating from law school and becoming a licensed attorney in Texas, Attorney Hinojosa Citron practiced in San Antonio, Texas, handling estate planning, probate, guardianship, and family law matters. During that time, Attorney Hinojosa Citron was recognized by her peers through San Antonio Scene Magazine as one of San Antonio’s Best Lawyers in 2019 and 2020; Best San Antonio Female Lawyers and Outstanding Women in Law in 2021, 2022, and 2023; and San Antonio’s Top Family Lawyers in 2023.

Attorney Hinojosa Citron recently joined Samuel, Sayward and Baler LLC and moved back to Massachusetts to work with the firm, where she will continue to focus on estate planning, elder law, probate, and trust administration. Attorney Hinojosa Citron has also become active with the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She possesses expert knowledge of a wide range of areas of estate planning law and has an extensive background solving challenging legal issues for her clients. She enjoys building relationships with clients, creating solid plans for their families, and providing them with the peace of mind that their loved ones will be taken care of.
