Sean Downing is an Associate Attorney with Samuel, Sayward & Baler. He enjoys helping families solve challenges with creative estate plans. He takes pride in breaking down complicated legal topics to educate clients step by step through their estate plans. Attorney Downing has particular experience helping non-traditional families, especially LGBTQ+ families, with their unique estate planning needs.

Attorney Downing received his B.A. in Mathematics and German Studies from Vassar College in 2016. He received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2022, where he focused on trust and estates law and family law. His prior experience includes working for other estate planning and family law firms in the MetroWest area. In his free time, Attorney Downing enjoys reading, dancing, and gaming with his friends.
