Attorney Suzanne Sayward spoke on June 17th 2022 at the Westin Council of Aging on Estate Planning 101. She continued on with pertinent issues for those who already have an estate. Those included Avoiding Probate, Why not Joint ownership?, How to pay for long-term care, Eligibility for long-term Medicaid, What if no pre-planning has been done and long-term care is needed?, Life Estate Deeds, Avoiding Probate, Revocable Living Trusts, Estate Taxes and how to reduce them, What’s in a Taxable Estate, and Gift Taxes.
