Janine Cronin has been with the firm since 2003. As a Senior Paralegal, Janine assists clients of all the attorneys with finalizing estate plan documents, trust funding, preparing and filing estate tax returns and other estate settlement matters. Mackenzie Sayward has been with the firm since 2014 and is the Accounts Administrator. Kenzie is responsible for the firm’s bookkeeping and client billing. Caitlin Fantegrossi has been with the firm since 2016 and works as a Senior Probate Paralegal. Caitlin holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College. Caitlin assists our clients with a variety of tasks with respect to Estate settlement and Trust administration as well as prepares probate pleadings, Trust documentation and Estate and Trust Accountings, She also answers any questions clients may have throughout the process. Joanne Loetz has been with the firm since 2023 and is the Office Manager. Joanne is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and supervising the administrative staff, as well as client intake and scheduling. Outside the office, Joanne is an actress who loves to participate in local theatre productions and has even starred in national and regional commercials. Aubrie Tibert has been with the firm since October of 2023. Laurie McNeil is a legal assistant with the firm. She verifies client files, and makes sure that we have copies of all documents and ensures safe delivery of all original documents back to the clients. She also supports our finance department by applying payments to client accounts, keeping track of client expenses, and printing bills. Alex Collias has been with the firm since January 2025. Alex graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she received her B. S. in 2019 and her Ph.D. in Biology in 2024. Ashley Johnson has been with the firm since 2025. Ashley holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
