Samuel, Sayward & Baler recently joined with Honoring Choices as a Community Partner. The mission of Honoring Choices is to help individuals make their health care wishes known and to ensure those wishes are carried out.  As a Community Partner, SSB will help adults in our area make their health care wishes known through the creation of Health Care Proxies and medical directives, and by creating Durable Powers of Attorney that will enable a trusted individual to handle their financial affairs if they are unable to act for themselves.  We look forward to working with Honoring Choices and their other Community Partners in this endeavor.
